If you notice any odd behaviour, or you think the model gives unrealisitic results, post here explaining what the problem is.

Please include as much detail as possible. In particular, give me enough information to reproduce the problem. Without that, it's just about impossible to fix it.

I tried creating a warrior file yesterday, it works well with the model, but next to the file name it says UNCOMPATIABLE FILE TYPE. This I don't understand as it seems to be working fine with the model...

Jakor, I downloaded the Model V4, and both it and the one I received from you via e-mail don't have Water Demon on it, And I find it really strange!!!

The V4 model works with either V3 or V4 warrior files, so I'm guessing you have the V3 model with a V4 warrior file.

The difference with version 4 is that it allows up to 8 warriors instaed of 6.

As it happens, V3 model can use V4 warrior files, but it doesn't know that! So for now, it should be OK to ignore the error message. In the long term, move over to using the V4 model for everything.

Water Demon is in Challenges4Size6.xls but for some reason it got left out of the size 8 challenge file. Oops!   There are half a dozen missing actually. I'll add them when I do the next update.

(If you're confident with Excel, you can copy the column and paste it across yourself.)

There's a minor update to V4 classic model, which includes those 6 missing challenges.

There's a very early partial release of the Dragon's Eye model on the download page.

The new Dragon's Eye model is released today, giving more control over the way the warriors tackle the challenges. Checkout the download page.

Version 5 of the classic model is now in beta, and is being used on the Raven Forum to run the summer Members' Series.

This is a big upgrade. It features several new virtues for greater accuracy of modelling. And there is now an option to calculate your own virtue scores by filling in a questionnaire instead of providing numbers.

It will go on general release here, sometime in August.
